Hourly Rate – $30 per hour

Pay as needed.  You pay only for the hours used.  All invoices are sent on the first of the month (for services rendered the month prior) and payable via PayPal.

Project Rate

Special projects would have to be negotiated on a case by case basis.  Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.  We might just have the solution!

Retainer Rates

For ongoing needs, you can use a retainer package to make the process seamless.  Invoices are sent on the first of the month, prior to services being rendered for a specific number of hours.  Your time is a priority to us, and we’ll guarantee that we’ll be available for that amount of hours.  You also receive a discount on the hourly rate depending on which package you choose.  Hours are not rolled over month the month.

Plan A: $285 per month
10 hours per month – 5% discount

Plan B: $540 per month
20 hours per month – 10% discount

Plan C: $765 per month
30 hours per month – 15% discount

Referral Bonus!

Refer a client, and have that client give us your name, and you’ll get an additional 5% off of your next month’s invoice!  Spread the word!

Contracts

Each client has a contract with Vineyard Virtual Services, and it’s tailored to each specific need.  Each contract will include specific confidentiality information.  We want you to know that your information is safe with our company.

Expenses:  You will be charged for costs associated with your project.  Example:  Postage, labels, and envelopes for a mailing would be reimbursed to us on your invoice.

“Rush jobs” with 24 hours or less notice will incur a 15% increase.
