Hourly Rate

$30 per hour*

This would be for the client who wants some help…  But is not quite sure for how long, or perhaps just occasionally.  You would be invoiced weekly or monthly, depending on your project, and terms of the contract.

Project Rate

Special projects would have to be negotiated on a case by case basis.  Please contact us, and talk to us about the project so we can provide you with a quote and possible solutions.

Retainer Rates

Perhaps you’ve used us before, and want to commit to more time.  Perhaps you know you have certain things to accomplish on an ongoing basis, and you just want them done. Hire us on retainer!  For each 10 hours per month, you can take a 5% discount.

Plan A: $285 per month*
10 hours per month - 5% discount

Plan B: $540 per month*
20 hours per month - 10% discount

Plan C: $765 per month*
30 hours per month - 15% discount

Referral Bonus!

Refer a client, and have that client give us your name, and you’ll get an additional 5% off of your next month’s invoice!  Spread the word!

Contracts

Each client has a contract with Vineyard Virtual Services, and it’s tailored to each specific need.  Each contract will include specific confidentiality information.  We want you to know that your information is safe with our company.

*Plus Expenses:  You will be charged for costs associated with your project.  Example:  Postage, labels, and envelopes for a mailing would be reimbursed to us on your invoice.

“Rush jobs” with 24 hours or less notice will incur a 15% increase.

Retainer Rates will be billed monthly in advance.
